ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the 3.0” shock body and increased piston area over stock yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road.
ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Electronic Valves are also included for actively dialing in your suspension performance. Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle. Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly. With the shock absorbers no longer directly wired to the Raptor's ECU the IIC/CDEV system allows drivers to dial in their preferred shock damping settings independently from the selected vehicle drive mode and with more refined resolution than afforded by the factory system. This allows for a more customized vehicle set up with the perfect blend of comfort and performance.

- Replaceable bypass tubes that can easily be replaced if damaged

- Special engineered damped valve seats for quiet and precise operation without the standard bypass loud “clicking” noise you will find with other brands
- Cerakoted cylinder finish with hard anodized aluminum bypass tubes
- Protective shin guard protects shaft from debris strikes to maintain smooth sealing surface and increase service intervals
- Unique side-mounted upper eyelet allows for increased travel while utilizing factory mounting location
- Application specific shock length designed to be paired with ICON rear coil springs provides up to 17" of rear wheel travel
