City Works Van Upfit (12 units, on-going)

We built a repeatable municipal work-van spec focused on safer roadside work, better organization, reliable onboard power and heated comfortable workspace—so crews spend less time improvising and more time working. 

Challenges Addressed

  • Unorganized workspace with limited storage

  • Dark interior and poor on-road visibility

  • Slippery floor and no dedicated work surface

  • No convenient power for charging and running tools

  • Aluminum bulkhead with shelving, drawers, and hooks for organized storage

  • Butcher block worktop with vice for a dedicated workspace

  • 3000-watt pure sine wave inverter to run tools and chargers

We support Emil Anderson Group with a standardized field-operations truck build designed to improve jobsite safety, protect tools from weather and theft, and reduce wear on work vehicles across multiple divisions.

Overview

This custom mobile library upfit was designed to extend library services beyond traditional branches, reaching seniors, residents with limited mobility, and community members in care facilities.

Challenge

Traditional library locations don’t adequately serve homebound residents, seniors, and individuals with mobility limitations, limiting access to books and essential library services.

  • Removable book carts secured for safe transport

  • Integrated service window and desktop for comfortable lending and check-out

  • Vehicle lift for safe loading and unloading of heavy carts
