Was very satisfied with the service provided! Brought my trailer in to have the brakes done; however, after inspection, was told they were ok, and so was thankful for the honesty rather than charging me for something I didn't need! On further inspection, other work did need to be done - but before they went ahead, I received a full estimate with pictures! Plus a phone call to explain and confirm what work to do... again, appreciated the upfront and professional way it was all handled! When picking up the trailer; everything was explained to me once again - and even though I pestered them with further questions as well as seeking advice on other matters, they were more than helpful and explained things clearly (thanks Wayne!). I'll admit I was hesitant to bring my trailer there (I usually do the work myself) as I was afraid I get hosed - I was wrong; I would highly recommend them and likely will go there again, for example, when the brakes do need to be done! Friendly, helpful, professional... and timely with the repairs! Hence, the 5-star rating...
